INCIA Terms of Service
1. Overview
INCIA is an informational app that helps you analyze cosmetic ingredient lists. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for professional guidance.
2. Your use of the app
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, or any third party.
You must not:
- misuse the app or try to break it
- reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the service
- submit content you do not have the right to use
- use the app to violate any law or third-party rights
3. Accounts and sign-in
You may be able to sign in with Google. If you do, you are responsible for the activity associated with your account.
If account deletion is available in Settings, it removes INCIA data associated with your account. It does not delete your Google account.
You are responsible for keeping access to your device secure.
4. Content and results
The app processes ingredient-list content that you submit and returns informational results. We do not guarantee that results are complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
5. Service changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The app, branding, and related content belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you submit, subject to the rights needed to operate the service.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
