We collect only the data needed to analyze cosmetic ingredient lists, personalize results, and keep the app working.

Profile and preference data

If you sign in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we may receive basic account information from Google, such as your name, email address, and Google account identifier, and use it to authenticate you and connect your data to your account.

How we use the data

What we share

We may send analysis text, profile data, locale, technical diagnostics, and related request details to our backend service to perform the analysis and return results.

We may also use third-party services such as Google authentication if you sign in with Google.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Delete your data

Use the Delete Account button in Settings to remove your INCIA account and the data associated with it. This includes your profile, settings, watchlist, scan history, cached results, and other account-linked data we store.

Deleting your INCIA account does not delete your Google account.

To remove data stored on your device, uninstall the app or clear the app's storage.

If you cannot access the app or need help, email [email protected] and include your profile ID if you have it.
